I purchased a product from Kevyn Aucoin Beauty. It was called 'The Sensual Skin Enhancer'. Upon receipt, I noticed the color was off, so I checked on the net to see what I needed to do to return or exchange the product. I sent the product back along with a copy of the invoice and a note requesting the exchange.

It's going on three months and I still haven't heard a word! I've called them numerous times, yet all I get is an answering machine. On the original invoice they state that my satisfaction is guaranteed. Their actions truly do not support this statement.

I am very disgusted and disappointed with Kevyn Aucoin who supposedly prides himself in his work and beauty products. I hope many people get to read this and never buy his products!
