Mixing products in the store, selling professional product to regular people

I purchase a salem silk touch from the beauty supermarket about a week and half ago, as i started to used the product when i realized that the silk touch wasn't the same, and I was able to tell something was really wrong with the product, I feel as it was mix with something else, cause there was some white residue inside of it, so i decide to go back and exchange the product, that's when the store manager told me that he will not exchange it cause I went home with the product. So for that reason his not going to take back, so as i walk back to my car with a new silk touch, and left the one i had for him he walk right beside me and grab my car keys out the the car and that was so wrong for him to do that, Iand then as i ask him for my car keys he just threw the silk touch on the floor, I need someone to go inspect his store, for mixing product, and selling professional product to regular people. I really felt so violated, and that was so wrong, for him to treat me like that, a store that i have been buying product from for the past 5 years, go figure.
