College students selling bogus magazines

A young white tattooed male with 'hard luck" tattooed on each finger and young fat black female approached me about magazines to fund their university trip to italy. He said their father was our neighbor the street behind us. I could order the magazine and have it sent to a local VA or our troops. Total scam. I researched and called the college of architecture they have no such trip planned. They had scammed several of my neighbors and had a mix of cash and checks they had collected through out the day. Beware.
