My Name is Ralph. I was hired by Emergistics, Inc. To instruct Hazardous Waste Operations (HAZWOPER) courses on a part time basis in January. The person who hired me was Rebecca Gonzalez, who also has another minority small business under her control. She had me making lesson plans, traveling to remote locations, and missing time from my primary job in the belief that I would be teaching these classes.

On April 6, she her one of her colleagues inform me that they had hired someone from Houston, Texas to do the job they hired me for. When they hired me, they took my IRS W-2 information (SSAN, etc.). As of this date, I have not been paid for my services. I am attaching an invoice on what they owe me, based on the time I've wasted waiting on them to give me the work they promised.
