Supposedly you sign up for it when you were ordering with Vista Print for business cards, but I have no recollection of clicking anything. I do recall that there were dozens of things you could sign up for, but I didn't sign up for any of them as a recurring monthly fee for 'small business services' through MWI*BUSINESS MAX

I got their number from my Credit Card company 888-840-6296 and spoke with Duahn at x17226. It took four stern attempts to close my account and request a refund before he did it. What a pain
