Offered a one time fee credit card for $279 and never delivered. I was never able to get akold of them and the debited my account

They offered a one time fee of $279 for a mastercard and would debit it a week later. I agreed and then after futher thought didn't think it was a good idea. I had no contact number and found nothing on the internet about them. I asked my bank to stop payment but said they couldn't cause I gave authorization. Now, they have my money and I have nothing!
