Failed to provide full refund ripoff

Company said I cashed 4 dollar check. They said I had 45 days to cancell. I am in military and was deployed out of country. I called upon my return and requested refund.

They sent partial and said I went pass cancellation period and was prorated 14.20 of extended time. I called and again and they said they would honor military and send remaining refund. I called again and am awaiting supervisor sending request to head office.
