Internet Bank Fraud - Charged an unauthorized fee

I noticed on my bank statement, I was charged a $9.95 fee by MWI Homeworks. I did not sign up for anything by them, nor did I authorize this charge. Upon looking the companies name up on the internet, I see that there are many other similiar complaints. And it looks like MWI Homeworks is just an internet scam to make money.
