GE Capital Consumer Card Company - Care Credit
Dentist was paid in full, $4,000.00, without my authorization. The services were never rendered and my credit is going to be trashed! Ripoff

In August of last year, my mother applied for a care credit card on my behalf. The application was sent in and I scheduled an appointment for dental work. I was never told if the application was accepted or not. I did however start recieving bills from the company after my first consultation, in the amount of $4,000.00. I thought I trusted the dentist enough to do the work so I let him begin the procedures. After going through several months of discomfort with the dentist trying to fix mistakes he made, I deserted the office and went somewhere else.

My mistakes were fixed by real professionals, although I had the added expense of root canals. A simple veneer procedure resulted in pain and financial problems. The original dentist never did the work that was authorized. He was extremely unprofessional and incapable. If anything he added to my dental problems.

He was paid in full by this company before the work had even started. I was unaware of this until I was billed and then felt I had no choice or my mother's credit would be trashed.

After repeatedly inquiring with the company and getting the runaround every time I call or write, I finally recieved a letter from them telling me to seek legal help. They have never produced anything to me in my requests for my authorization because they have nothing! How can I stop these bills from coming and save my credit before it is too late??? Please help!!
