AMS, Flip and Grow Rich AMS does not honor their contracts. Beware!

My husband and I attended the free seminar on 7/26. I paid the 1500 for the 3 day seminar but could not attend so I canceled the very next day. I have confirmation thru delivery service that they received the cancellation form on 7/28 at 8:56am. I have talked to Carrie numerous times and she transfers me to a guy named Chris that handles refunds, however, Chris will not return any phone calls. Half of the time AMS doesn't answer their phones and they don't return calls when they know you want a refund. They have no intention of sticking to the 10 business day time frame of returning your money as stated in thier contract. According to Carrie it takes 10 to 15 business days after Chris contacts you which is yet to happen as of 8/12- this is 2 days past the 10 business day they promise. Please think very hard before you buy into this package because it seems like it is going to take a fight to get our money back. We will be contacting our lawyer Monday and hopefully we can start earning interest on the money he owes us. Please let us know if anyone else has been thru this and successfully got their money back.
