Did not honor contract

Went to the Armando seminar and was convinced by Paul to sign up. He told us you have nothing to lose because you can cancel within 3 days and get a full refund. We cancelled the very next day. We did everything they asked and then some. We notifed them by phone, email (through a scan of the letter we wrote) in place of the fax. One of their employees told us this was fine to do as long as they have a copy of my signature. And the letter was also mailed. I sent the materials back the next day through UPS so I have proof of delivery and tracking of everywhere the package went. It is now over a month and that they have the package and still no refund. The company will not return any phone calls. They keep sending me to someone named Jessica, but she has not returned any of my numerous phone calls. The 3 day statement is on the contract so they are breaking the law!!!
