Answer Service Forged check stole funds stole return

Our experience was nearly exactly the same as the other complaint. One order was placed. One check number provided. One order was recceived. A second check was forged by Gregory Bryant & Assoc and a second full sum withdrawn from our account. They claim two orders were places, one vai phone and the second via fax. Never were two orders received.

Contacts were attempted via fax (8 times), email (10 times) and phone (at least 6) to recify the situation. The order was returned to Jacksonville and sat at the post office for 20 days before being picked up. Phone contacts (we did finally speak to a second person recently) claim not to work for this company, but for Answer Service. They claim both companies are large and have many satisfied customiers. The only information availabel on Gregory Bryant & Associates is regrading the internet fraud they are perpitrating. No information is available regarding Answer Service. We have been contacting these companies (if in fact they are separate) for a month now with no resolution. Our stolen funds have not been returned, neither have we received a refund for the order retunred in January.

Complaints have been filed with the Better Business Bureau, the IFCC, the National Fraud Center and the Jacksonville Sheriff's Department. Neither of these companies are legitimate and you should not do business with them.

In addition, I hope that the "president" of the company will not return a slanderous response as was done with the other complaintant on this website. We have documentation to backup all of our attempts at contacting this company.
