"Gallaria" ripoff unauthorized bank withdrawl

I remember getting a call offering me "membership" to something or another. I was told the call was recorded. Thus, I spoke VERY clearly that I DID NOT want to join.
Well, I noticed my account had been tapped into and a withdraw of 139.95 had been taken!

I called then, reminded them that if I had agreed, they couls pull up the recorded call NOW and I wanted to hear it. I then proceeded to tell them that this was the 3rd time they did this, and were they aware of the term "class action lawsuit" because I was sure they had done this to others. After that statement, I was immediately told I could have a refund! We'll see if it happens!
