Ripoff criminal offense FRAUD THEFT

I was just checking an online statement and discovered this MWI*Homeworks Plus charge of $96.00. I have no recollection of this transaction. I just did some basic online research and apparently there is a link with AOL (I was a customer and now I'm not!). But I still haven't quite figured out where they weaseled in to my account or how. I will.in my opinion this is a criminal offense and should be prosecuted as such.
