Waiting 6 weeks for study material & refund

I authorized and compensated about the 2nd March in the Cape Town Department for just two Matric subjects. Later exactly the same evening they approached me and explained that I really could just do hands down the topics plus they might return me the total amount. Which was the final I noticed from their website.

I was also informed that my research content might appear within 21 times of joining, but up to now (6 months later) I've received nothing.

I've tried calling them many times via phone but couldn't get anyone to assist me. I simply get transferd in one individual to a different and nobody will require responsibility. It has cost me a lot of money in mobile phone costs. Our emails will also be overlooked.

They appear to be more thinking about obtaining profit than providing support & I've to create my first examinations in July August! This really is exceptionally annoying

The reimbursement can also be still excellent.
