CP Direct a ripoff scam

I too have purchased herbal pills from CP direct and they keep billing me for items that I have not recieved. I've made several attempt to call them but the phone line is always busy. When I tried to call 8 AM in the morning, their machine came on with the hours they claimed they were opened. This is a scam!!!
