This company charged my local phone company with a service I never asked for, signed up for or autorized. When I called to dispute the charges I was told that the fee of 15.99 can not be ratified... But that they would credit the account for the additional charge of 12.95 for the service of some answering machine or service. I HAVE an answering system therefore I would have never signed up for one. I asked them to credit me 3 months ago and to this day there is no credit on my phone bill.
