Call After 15 Years On A Debt Owed By My Ex-wife Phone Harrasment

Just got a call from these idiots tonight. THey say I owe them 385.00 but if I give them a check over the phone they would settle for 187.00. I told them I need to contact the BBB and my laywer then they got ignorant. This debt was suppossed to be my ex-wifes bill, it was in the divorce decree, but they are now harrassing me about it.
I even said "let me call you tommorro after I talk to my lawyer and see what we can do". Only to be yelled at and told that tommorro the bill would me 387.00 instead of 187.00.
This jerk even told me that he was proud of his job and that they probably bought this bill for 3 cents on the dollar. THen I heard cheering in the background and he says "you here that? We just hit 14,000.00 in collections tonight. I tried to stay cool for a long time but after 20 min of his yelling I called him the name of what we sit on and hung up.
It surprized me that I looked them up on the internet and ended up on this web sight.
