CAMCO Capital Acquisition Management Co Fraudulent Debt Collections

On the evening of Jan 12 I recieved a message on my
answering machine to call Vince Albright at 1-877-298-0845.
I did so immediately.

He told me that I owed money for a Citibanc Credit Card account from 1986. I told him to sue me, and hung up. He called right back, and started harrassing me. He had my credit report, and said that it was going to affect my credit, etc.

Then he asked for a post dated check, dated Jan 31 as a 'reservation', to make sure that this was taken care of.

I refused to do a thing without something in writing... So they e-mailed me their terms of 'settlement', at 15 cents on the dollar... They called it a hardship settlement...

He turned this matter over to his supervisor, Lyn Andrews,
and she took my e-check info over the phone. Then they sent my call over to someone else to have the check info verified.

I went to my bank today and stopped pymt on the check, as I did a little research today. They broke several laws, and I will file a report with the FTC! Don't Fall for it! These people are criminals who prey on those ignorant of the law!
