Lessoncorner.com / Ignore Cancellation Requests, Credit Card deductions, no response to communication

I subscribed to Lesson Corner (http://www.lessoncorner.com) to have access to Teacher Lesson Plans.
There was an option to cancel this within a short while - (I think 7 days)
When I gave my Credit Card details logged in and saw that it was not what I wanted - I cancelled straight away - by sending an email to the only address provided - This is the "Support address" No reply. The money was deducted. I have tried to email them again and again - - simply no reply, but the money is deducted and they will keep deducting the money anually as that was the agreement - unless I send them an email to request them (him/her) to stop. They are ignoring the email.
10 months have passed and still no response other that accepting my money and giving me access to the website - which I find that for my purposes, is very sub standard and not much help.
If the owner of the web site responds and explains what happened and works towards rectifying the situation - then great we can do just that.
