I wanted to learn to play the piano and I signed up for lesson through her web page. She email me the contract and everthing was fine. My instructor Paul was in the process of moving and relocating to the West coast. My first lesson was on Sat. And I call and inform her that I wanted to cancel my lesson becuase I didn't want to start with a instructor who future plans was unsure.in the contract I have a week grace period to cancel. My lesson was on Sat 14 I can and cancel Tue 17 and email Wed 18.in her contract she state that if you are unhappy with the instructor or cancel within the week grace period then the first lesson is free. Now she refuse to refund me my money. Saying that she only refund the money if you are unghappy with the instructor. She need to honor her own contract.
