Lap Tops Do Not Burn Stereo Cds ripoff i bought a sony program that can burn from lps to cds, is no stereo imput plug on lap top!

When trying to burn ln playing records with the v2 premier lap top they only come out monoraul instead of stereo with sonys $50 program, because there is only a microphone jack, no stereo imput jack like on my other computers. When i contact them on the web site no answer. And they never call back. I bought with their credit card but havent made any payments yet, no payment for one year. My 600 dollar computers burn the lps to cd in stereo but my $2000 vf*ing2premier lap top does not!!! Also i have no phone numbers on how to contact them by phone, nothing on the website, also nothing on the physical street address, so i can send the unit back cod.
