I signed up for tutoring for my daughter for 1 week to try out the service. It was reasonably priced at $19.99 for the week. I had the intention of buying more time if it was beneficial.
The tutoring was terrible and not at all helpful. After a week my bank account was charged $100.
When I called to cancel, the person tried to sell me more time! He refused to refund my money, and told me I had agreed to it in the fine print. I can assure you I did not.
I want this canceled and my money refunded in full.
Do not use this company.
