Tutor Vista Complete Ripoff, Futile tutoring, complete and utter waste of money

Complete and utter rip off! I signed up for it at around noon that day, and the tutors for chemistry weren't available until 6pm that day. Okay, I join at 6pm. Absolutely horrible. The Indians have NO education in any of the subjects. I logged on over 25 times, and with the "overload" of students that were apparently logging in I was kicked out because a tutor couldn't join. The four tutors that I did get to talk to flat out told me that they had no idea what I was talking about and had no idea how to help me, and the one tutor that took a "stab at it" got it COMPLETELY wrong, I knew the foundations by my book and the tutor just said "okay." I called that SAME DAY to cancel my service at 8pm, they refused to not only refund my money but wouldn't do ANYTHING for me. Complete and utter bull*.

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM! They are completely useless and their "tutoring" is beyond frustrating.
