Update on uscreditcom.

I recieved a letter from the Nevada Consumer Affairs Division.

It States;

Once the filing period has expired 12-13-03, this agency will perform an audit of the complaints received, to date, and then schedule a security disbursement hearing to present the audit recommendations. We are not in a position to provide you with the audit, audit completion and hearing dates at this time, but the above events will occur, as soon as possible after 12-06-03.

Once the hearing has occurred a Decision and Order is usually received within 60 days of the hearing conclusion. If the agency has not received a notice of appeal of the decision within 30 days of the receipt of the Decision and Order by the business, a claim against the security will be immediately submitted to the security issuer (Bonding Co. Or Bank) with a demand for restitution. If the security issuer remits the restitution checks as ordered, a restitution check should be mailed to you by the State Treasurer within 2 months of our receipt of those checks.
