Ripoff - Failed to Issue Refund After Complying With Their Refund Policy

I signed up for membership with the Natonal Audit Defense Network In September. After reading some of the reports on this web site, I immediately called to cancel my membership.

I returned their package which was received by them, but they have failed to issue the refund of $810.95.

I have called repeatedly since September 30 and have been assured that my refund was mailed on October 10. As yet, I have not received it.

I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's Office but feel that there is little that can be done in view of the present bankruptcy status of the company.

I just wish I read the reports on this web site before being taken in by the National Audit Defense Network
