Sytlevana Bochman took tutoring money from me of $1200, entire package without contract signed for second ROUND GMAT tutoring. Upon our verbal agreement that contract does not need to be signed because I may not use the entire 16 hours allowed for GMAT tutoring SINCE I already took the test. Mrs Bochman went on vacation and then returned 2 weeks later having no recollection of the verbal agreement made. She has sent me emails confirms unsed 8 hours at the rate of 75 an hour, but refuses to refund me for unused hours. She is a professor at Columbia University and I am shocked by her ethics.
