Mind Shattering LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM! Failure on MULTIPLE LEVELS to provide satisfactory service!

As I mentioned in the title above, Dr Cosentino repeatedly and miserably failed to provide appropriate and promised services on several occasions. I had misfortune to purchase the "Platinum Membership" which supposedly allowed me to take multiple classes for the next 2 years. I found most courses to be very poorly organized resulting in a lot of wasted time of driving from town to town, multiple important topics changed or completely eliminated from the curriculum at the last minute (only one example being Radiofrequency Ablation in dermatology), lecturers not showing up for their assigned lectures and lectures being taught by unqualified individuals.
