Asked for sample, they sent five year supply

I asked Septicare for a sample thru a magazine inquiry.instead of a sample they sent 9 pounds or a five year supply. I asked them to pick up their product, I only asked for a sample. They have refused to send a pickup order. They called me three times and I reiterated the same request each time. Now they have a collection agency attempting to collect over 200.00. These people are desperate. DO NOT ASK FOR A SAMPLE from them.
