Ripoff - illegal charge to account

I had 14.95 taken out of my checking account without my approval. I noticed this when I was online checking on my banking account.

Tried calling but you either have to have a member number or input your phone number. There was a long wait to get an operator so I had to hang up because I had to work.

This is outrageous and should be stopped.
