Ripoff con artists charged my account & put me in a bind

I had just recently made a purchase through a company in Boulder CO. For some ATV parts and I had also started internet banking online last week. I was looking at my account tonight and I noticed that my account balance wasn't right, so I looked and sure enough there was a charge from MWI HOMEWORKS for 109.95 that had been withdrawn.

I know that I did not authorize this. Has anyone received there money back and what should I do? It has put me in a bind.
