I was ripped off by Fire Specialist, Inc. Actually it ws my son. They got him to pay $60, and then they wanted him to pay $95 for a sales kit??? No way. The "Katy Office" of this company is run by BILL REID. He says I cna't do anything because he got my son to sign a paper saying that he knew the $ was non-refundable. He said they have a corporate office in Dallas 972-243-0940. They are a rip_off
