John likes pulling scams have all paperwork to prove it. What a scam artist! Never deal with this guy, ran my house to the ground leaving rats, garbage, holes in the wall, missing doors, cracked windows, was sub leasing charging others rent to get over on my tenants. Had contract and John came up with a lame b. S reason. He fled and left my house with about $5,000 in damages. Trying to find him, will see him in court real soon. Last I heard, he fled to Austin, TX. And, now is trying to sell real estate courses teaching what he did to me - what a rip off scam artist!
