I bought Whisper Wear breast pump from "Babies and Moms www.babiesandmoms.com" back in June, but it took them 20 days to send the package to me only after I sent a couple of emails and called twice. After a few days of purchasing the pump from the Internet, I received an email which read The pump has been sent out. You will receive it soon. But it never arrived me.

After 10 days, I sent an inquiry email. No reply. I called them, and left a message because nobody answered the phone. And I called back a few hours later as nobody called me back. This time, the representative was quite friendly in tacking the package but could not tell me whether the package had been shipped out or not. And the next day, that representative called me that your package has been just shipped out now! The pump finally arrived after 20 days.

After I got the pump, I immediately brought it to work in order to pump as I used to. But it did NOT work at all. Then I contacted the company and told them my complain and asked for a return. I was told that the product couldn't be returned and instead they would send me two tips about how to use them - tips I already downloaded from the producer's website. I was also told that they would like to follow up just to make sure it worked. I tried another time but again it did not work, then I wrote back to set up an appointment. They did reply my e-mail this time and an appointment was set up. I came home early that night for the appointment and waited all night for the one on one guide but they never called me!

So I spent US$200 for nothing. This is a lot of much for both me and my husband, who were students then with a baby. We can't afford another pump then. Now my baby has been more than 9-month old. He has to eat formula in the day because I am not at home and am unable to pump breast milk for him!!! Recently my family moved to Canada from the US. I tried again to solve the problem on my own, but still it doesn't work.

Customer is the boss when shopping. But who cares you after the deal. This is exactly to say "Babies and Moms www.babiesandmoms.com". One of the consultant was helpful, but overall the services were very bad. I will never buy anything from them.
