Short shafted!

Aquarius Pump Service gave us a bid to put a submersible pump system in a new well. The well was 220 ft, the pump bid was to put the pump at 220ft. We started having problems the first month with the pump running most of the time. We called several times in several months and he said he would check it out. The power bill for the pump (on it's own meter) climbed from $14./mo to $96./ mo. 8 mo from install the pump quit. When it was all said and done, we found the pump had been installed at 118ft and was running dry. We were without water in our house for 2 mo. No "I'm sorry, I screwed up" or "Hey I got caught". We paid for $1500.00 worth of materials we didn't get the first time around. He knew our house was for sale and did'nt think he would get caught. Buyer beware!!
