I will try to make this as simple as possible. My foster mother purchased a house in 1979, I was 11 years old at that time. She passed away in 1993, I was 25 yrs. Old. OCWEN told me that I could not stay at that property because I was not down as an heir. I asked the representative if I could countined to make the payments could I stay the representative said yes.
Right after my foster mother's death, I sent them a copy of her death certificate and I also asked them (OCWEN) to send me paperwork as to whether she had death insurance on the property. Well... I guess you know I never received it. And after the representative told me I could stay, I received foreclosure papers and the sheriff put my daughter and I out in the street and I had to move in with family.
Now OCWEN told me that the balance on the house, after my foster mother passed away was 7,000.00 then all of a sudden they slapped on these charges I don't know anything about, the total went up to 15,000.00. My whole point is. I need someone to help me to get this house off of my name and credit report, because I never purchased it and I have all the paperwork to prove it. Charvelleite (in Philadelphia)
