MemberWorks Inc. (MWI) ripoff: Always finding a new service to bill us for without permission

A family member requested we order the brain food they advertised. The product was unsatisfactory. The woman I ordered from had a heavy accent and I told her repeatedly that the 1 bottle was all I wanted.

The next thing I know we received 3 more bottles and charged almost $200 and we called to put a stop to it and only got $50 credited. The next month we saw the credit but were billed for another service for somewhere in the neighborhood of $150.

We call to cancel that and it was credited but alas there was another $100 charge for another service. I'm still waiting on my 4th credited amount. I have since called and demanded that my name and address be taken out of the system. I'm sceptical.
