Children's Place Learning Center Business is childcare, however these people are the most morally corrupt people you will ever meet

If you ever come across these people, run the opposite direction. They seem like good people and promise you the world and more. They run daycare centers in El Paso, Tx but give nothing to the improvement or upkeep of the centers. The staff are to purchase anything they want to make their classrooms better without reimbursement.

They have closed their most recent centers down but they plan on opening other sites at a later date. Beware they will change the name of the daycares to protect their image (Could be due to all the lawsuits they have against them) but if you know the owners are the Sandovals just know they over work & mistreat their employees. (And then threaten to sue them for whatever crazy thing they can think of) Payroll checks will be returned NSF. Checks for utilities, to vendors and other people who do business for them will bounce.

If you do work with them take note they will at some point betray you and make themselves to be the victim. I worked with them for 7 years giving them the benefit of the doubt each time. After seeing first hand how they devalue their most prized & loyal staff members. Knowing they did not give out child support payments to the state when deducted from employee checks, or that they were vindictive to any persons they deemed unworthy, I sought other employment.

I don't know by what code they live by nor do I feel any kind of empathy for them they deserve all the anguish they have brought upon themselves. Nor do I feel sorry for myself I'm the moran who continually forgave and continued to endure their abuse. I do feel sorry for the children and families who at some point have been in their center or will in the future be in one of their facilities. Parents kind to the staff they can only do so much with what they are given.
