Don Davis Stay Away from this daycare

This daycare knew both our children were allergic to milk. They told us if we provided the juice then our children would not have to drink the milk. Three months after we started leaving our children with them, we walk in and find our youngest drinking milk. The teacher quickly took the cup away from our child and when questioned she told us to talk to the owners, Mrs. Q and/or Mr. Don. Mrs. Q admitted knowing that the boys could not drink milk and Mr. Don blamed our youngest (who did not talk at the time) for not telling them about the allergy. We had to take our kids to the doctor b/c they got seriously ill due to drinking the milk. After we provided a doctor's note, we caught them giving our kids milk again. After this second incident, we pulled our kids from the daycare. Now that we have Mr. Don refuses to give us any tax information (EIN or money we paid them). We do have cancelled checks so we know how much we paid but other parents need to be warned about these illegal practices.

We have video of their staff not supervising the children during center time and of the teacher allowing a child to chase other kids around with a big stick trying to hit them with it.
