Are con artists. Lazy and arrogant people. Ripoff

I definitely feel the anger and pain of others about this company. I started off with them in 2000. Because my mom had bought some luggage from them. Everything seemed fine. I bought an item, it worked pretty fine.

In I purchased the IBM laptop computer and that's when hell broke loose. The first one arrived and it didn't work. I waited 2 months for them to repair it. It came back worked for a few months. I had to send it back. This time they lost it and claimed I didn't send it. I even wrote a letter to their fraud dept. Stating I would get the better Business Bureau and take legal action, if they didn't cough up the merchandise. Once I proved that I did, I spoke to Adam and he sent a replacment overnite. I received that fine. The computer came with windows 95, I asked for a refund or replacement, being that I spent close to $800.

I'm a single mom of six kids, that's alot of money to spend on a broke down computer. Once it broke down again, I had to pay outside to get it fixed. I brought something else from them, they claimed I never sent in the down payment. I had to pay and trace the money order and found out they had the payment all along.

They are some lazy and arrogant people too. I suggest to anyone who deals with them to stnad up and fight for your rights. We're the consumers and we shell out our money for garbage that doesn't work properly. It makes you mad as hell.
