Rip-off! I've been paying on a computer for 6 months but the bill never goes down

I have been paying for a computer from sweepstakes clearinghouse for 6 months and they i still owe money. I tried to get another computer from them that i wanted and could not get a response. They will not send me a payment book so i can keep a copy from them saying how much i have paid. They say i have not paid it off yet. With they payments i made it should be paid off by my records. They say i still owe 274$. Each month i get a bill saying they recived my payment and they price is the same or higher then before the payment.
