No business and no refund - chicanery and evasiveness...
Having been pursued by their salespeople for many months, I subscribed to their service ($5,000), only to find out that the projects posted only want short term body-shopping type contracts, from people in the same industry, that have dealt with the problem before. This is NOT consultancy!
In line with the agreement with their sales rep, I asked for a refund, only to have them say they didn't receive the articles I submitted by fax, and that as I didn't return a nil commission statement, I wasn't entitled to a refund! This is sharp practice.
All of their staff were less than helpful, and their Board refused to answer, or even acknowledge, my correspondence.
Avoid this company like the plague!
