Is a conartist

I, personally have never been ripped off by Renee Harris, but several of my friends have. She has moved into apartments with friends and never paid rent. She has rented furniture and never paid for it. She has assumed identities of friends for traffic tickets and damaged peoples criminal records. She has had friends cosign for car loans and never paid them. She has charged thousands of dollars on credit cards that were not hers. I know of at least five people in the greater cincinnati area who have been taken advantage of by her. This woman is a liar, thief and conartist and should not be trusted. She is wanted by the cops also. I know there is something that should be done, but what? I have warned everyone I know, but the damaged she has caused already is irreversible. I just hope she doesn't have the opportunity to cheat anyone else.
