Would not refund

I prepared a trip to Nevada on July next and created a little purchase for around 20$ 14 days before my journey. They often ship within 3 times. The very first week, I waited and nothing. No delivery info. And so I named and left a voicemail. I also delivered a contact. I didnt need the things anymore simply because they weren't likely to appear promptly and really should have now been delivered previously. They didnt react till I delivered another mail requesting a return. They replied to my next e-mail and never the very first one. Due to the fact I had been disappointed and reported. Which was really poor customer support based on me. It got them 7 days to react. Then in the place of refunding me, they'd just permit a credit. I attempted to combat the credit to get a reimbursement since I didnt wish to buy anymore from their store but after contacting backwards and forwards, I chose to regard their reimbursement plan.

I've spend countless cash with this site and not had any issues till I'd to cope with the team there. I understand its only 20$ but thats my cash as well as for the client support, they don't deserve my company. I'm like they didnt worth me like a client. Im sure they're not worried due to the hundreds buying from their website. However it was an extremely uncomfortable sensation for me personally.

And So I chose to buy from their website again lately and involved my store credit. They never used my store credit. SOOO I tried calling them again to inquire why my credit wasnt used. Named and quit another concept and delivered two emails. No reply. I've emails to show it!
