Home-based business rip-off. Despite my repeated phone calls, I was never contacted or reimbursed

I heard about this company on of all things a Christian radio station. They told me how they could help me with my taxes and give me advice throughout the year to allow me to keep more of my money. I bought in for $1400 for 4 years of services.

A couple months later, I get a phone call from them wanting me to incorporate my assests and get in on a great home-based business and all for the low price of $8000! When I declined their offer the person made me feel like a second class citizen!

About 8 months later, another person from the company, Louis Cerasuollo brought up the home-based business again and told me how I could get and immediate $5000 tax credit from the government along with an additional $2500 tax deduction and all for $3000. Basically he told me it was a website that would run itself and was accessible by handicapped people. I bought it.

It took 6 weeks to get the paperwork and the paperwork had a $10,000 promissory note which I was supposed to sign and the deal was not what I agreed to, so I immediately cancelled by letter. Despite my repeated phone calls, I was never contacted or reimbursed.

I in the meantime had sent my taxes in to get them done by them. I sent them at the end of February and I got a call the last week of March from Bob in tax group saying he was assigned to do my taxes. I won't bore you with the details of that, just let it be understood that on April 15th, I didn't have my taxes and I hadn't heard from anyone. I had my taxes done by another company and had them filed and in hand within a day.

I finally got someone on the phone at NADN, who flat out told me I would not get my money back for the home-based business because my time to cancel was up. He told me I had 3 days from the original phone call to cancel.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from these guys! They will take your money and because it's not all that much you will use more than that to get a lawyer to take the case and they know it.
