Ripoff, removed money from my checking account unauthorized

For over a year now I have been trying to obtain a refund from the NADN for the amount of 4400.00 dollars. 1400.00 dollars was to join the NADN and 3000.00 was to join an internet home based business called "Mall For All". Within an hour of agreeing to join "Mall for All" I called the company twice and denied them access to my account that I was not interested in the business.

Within 48 hours 3000.00 dollars was removed from my account. I receive only a contract to be signed to start the business which I never signed. I have called the NADN, sent letters and even begged them for a refund. No one has ever answered my calls and/or letters. I have recently contacted my local news TV and radio station. They are willing to do a live TV story on the NADN. Right now I am willing to do anything to prevent this company from stealing money from others.

I have sent them 3 years of taxes for their review based on their promises of increasing my return. I have yet to hear from anyone reguarding my taxes. I've had so many promises made from we will send you your refund to we will pull all of the tapes from phone conversations. That has yet to happen. I'm tired, frustrated and don't know were to turn for help.
