Ripoff I do not know why they call this phone number customer service. You never get any kind of service from them!

I have been trying to get my $399.00 refund since Nov. and I still have not gotten my refund. Have done everything that they have told me to do to get it, but they just keep telling me I am on thier priority list.

Had to wait to receive my package, and then send it back to them. Which was on March 7th when I refused the package from the Federal Express man.

Now when I call the customer service they blow me off and say your "status is the same". With no explanation, help, or information when I am going to get my refund. I do not know why they call this phone number 1-866-255-5352 customer service. You never get any kind of service from them! And I am still waiting for my refund from them.
