INC ripoff

A young kid came to my door selling magazines to raise money to go on a trip. I subscribed to people magazine and did not receive any magazines. I have the check that cleared and it has the bank that superstar sales is depositing this money into but when i called the bank they said that they could not do anything for me. What a rip off!!!
