Cashed my checks but did not send magazines

In December aman and woman came to my door saying they were in a contest and offered discount pricing on two magazines I was interested in so I wrote two separate checks - one for her contest - one for his - I was suspicious but the paperwork appreared legit, so I proceede with the order.

My checks were cashed 12/10/07 to a Bank of America account#XXXXXXXX in Gig Harbor, WA. I have never recieved my subscriptions and when I try to locate or e-mail Superstar Sales, my mail is returned and there is no White Pages listing for them in Gig Harbor or any part of Washington. If someone is filing a class action suit, count me in.
