Riped off by NCO Horsha, Pennslyvania, Philadelphia

These people talk to you like a dog, actually worse than you'd talk to a dog. We had an account that was charged off by Bank of America that was sent to NCO for collection. We payed the account off last year, now this year I'm needing to open a business account, but the bank wants me to get a letter of proof from NCO.

The guy at NCO told me that they don't have to send me anything, they only do this to be courteous. When I asked to speak to a Supervisor he transfered me to Hollie and things got worse from there, by the end of the conversation I called her a bi#c# and hung up the phone. I was so mad that I was in tears. It's a good thing she's in Pennsylvania and I'm here in Dallas.
